Soka Partners are proud to be partnered with a leading, clinician-led neurodevelopmental service delivering high-quality assessments across the UK.
We’re currently supporting the search for Specialist Neurodevelopmental Practitioners (Autism & ADHD) across multiple locations in England.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a values-driven organisation that places clinical excellence, compassion, and meaningful impact at the centre of everything it does.
You’ll join a supportive multidisciplinary team delivering structured, evidence-based autism and ADHD assessments for children and young people across NHS Right to Choose and private pathways.
This is a hybrid clinical role combining face-to-face and remote work, with strong digital systems in place to reduce admin and allow clinicians to focus on high-quality care.
- Conducting structured face-to-face observational assessments
- Completing remote developmental history interviews with parents/carers
- Participating in MDT diagnostic discussions
- Delivering clear, compassionate feedback to families
- Writing high-quality clinical reports supported by smart reporting tools
- Working within clinical KPIs and service pathways
- Contributing to clinical supervision (where appropriate)
We’re keen to speak with registered professionals (HCPC, NMC, GMC or Social Work England) who have:
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in autism and/or ADHD diagnostic assessments (children & young people)
- Strong understanding of DSM-5 criteria and differential diagnosis
- Experience using tools such as ADOS-2 and/or ADI-R
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- A collaborative, MDT-focused approach
- Basic salary up to £56,000 (dependent on qualification and experience)
- 28 days annual leave + bank holidays + birthday off
- Hybrid working with modern digital systems
- Ongoing CPD, supervision, and reflective practice
- Company laptop and IT support
- Opportunities to contribute to research, training, and neurodiversity education initiatives
This is an opportunity to join a service that is growing thoughtfully, with quality and clinician wellbeing at its core.
