Bank Enabling Support Worker
Are you the candidate we are looking for? Shaftesbury Northumberland is recruiting for Bank Enabling Support Workers.
Note:
This role does not qualify for visa sponsorship because the salary requirements set by the Home Office are not met.
As an Enabling Support Worker, you’ll support individuals to live their best lives. You’ll follow personalised support plans, keep accurate records, assist with personal care or medication, and cover sleep‑in shifts. Sleep‑in duties are required for long days and short shifts and carry an extra £60 per session.
What You’ll Be Doing- Supporting the individual in maintaining a safe and comfortable home.
- Assisting with daily tasks such as shopping and cooking.
- Encouraging participation in volunteering and community‑based activities.
- Providing compassionate support with personal care and medication.
- Driving is essential for this role.
- Emotionally resilient.
- Maintain clear professional boundaries.
- Passionate about empowering others.
- Have experience supporting individuals with autism, ADHD, and behaviours that challenge.
- £500 welcome bonus upon completion of probation (terms apply).
