Vibe Care is seeking a Locum Occupational Therapist for the Adult Social Care Team based in Didcot, covering the South of Oxfordshire. The role is 37 hours per week, mainly working from home or in the community, with a minimum of one day per week in the office.
Job Role- Empowered to develop bespoke solutions that help people achieve their individual goals and outcomes.
- Support residents in remaining fit, healthy, and independent for as long as possible.
- Work closely with the NHS, care providers, and community groups.
- Involve with collaborative, person‑centered support.
- Collaborate with other Occupational Therapists and Social Workers across environments, including localities, hospitals, and safeguarding teams.
- Empower individuals in the community to identify their strengths and achieve personal goals.
- Embrace new approaches to maintain independence.
- Apply a strengths‑based approach to promote wellbeing and support positive outcomes for all.
- Act as a passionate advocate for service users and carers, ensuring their voices are heard and valued at every stage.
- Committed to finding creative, person‑centred solutions, working alongside those you support rather than making decisions for them.
- Take responsibility for own growth, demonstrating ambition and drive to lead positive change within your community.
- Show kindness, respect, and a deep appreciation for diversity that defines your approach to supporting individuals.
