Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate Employee and Family Assistance Program services
• Match clients with suitable clinical professionals
• Enter client data into the electronic records system
• Identify crisis calls and conduct risk assessments
• Address client feedback regarding EFAP services
Requirements:
• Proficient in English and French, verbal and written
• University degree preferred or related experience
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage stress calmly and empathetically
• Reliable internet connection of at least 75 Mbps
