Position: EAP Counsellor for Lyra Health
Provide mental health support as an EAP Counsellor with Lyra Health in Ontario. This remote position focuses on initial assessments and immediate counselling for employees and dependents.

Lyra Health is seeking a skilled EAP Counsellor to join its Ontario team. Your responsibilities include acting as the first contact for service users, providing brief therapeutic support, and conducting crucial assessments for mental health needs. You'll manage high-risk cases effectively while collaborating with global clinical teams to implement treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first contact through helpline or online chat

• Support users with brief therapeutic and psychoeducation services

• Conduct brief clinical assessments for service users

• Perform robust risk assessments and management plans

• Capture all pertinent information for case management

Requirements:

• Master’s level counselling qualification in Canada

• Current registration with a relevant professional body

• At least 3 years of therapeutic delivery experience

• Experience managing high-risk cases

• Bilingualism is an asset
