Part Time Community Support Worker Strive

Join Strive as a Part Time Community Support Worker in North Vancouver. This role focuses on providing essential community and home-based support to individuals in the Footprints Day Program.

Strive is seeking a candidate dedicated to engaging with individuals with developmental and physical disabilities. Responsibilities include managing daily living skills, promoting independence, and creating enjoyable routines. Experience in behavior management and personal care is essential, with the flexibility to handle on-call shifts as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized support based on individual care plans

• Create engaging and meaningful daily routines

• Document daily activities and observations accurately

• Implement community integration and life skills teaching

• Follow health protocols and complete required training

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience

• Class 4 or 5 BC Driver’s License preferred

• Criminal Record Check clearance

• First Aid and CPR certification

• Negative TB test and Food Safe Certificate
