About the role
Looking for a role where you can truly make a difference? As an Enabling Support Worker, you’ll be there to cheer people on and help them live their best lives. You’ll follow their lead and their personalised support plan to provide the care and encouragement they need.
Your day-to-day will include keeping accurate records (don’t worry, we’ll show you how!) and sometimes helping out with personal care or medication. Plus, there’s the chance to cover sleep-in shifts, and you’ll earn an extra £60 per session for those.

Enabling Support Worker – Crawcrook Area
Shift Pattern:
* Day: 8:00 AM – 20:00 PM
* Waking Night: 20:00 PM – 8:00AM
Support Type:
* 2:1 basis
About the Role:
We’re looking for a friendly, proactive, and engaging support worker to assist a lady living in the Crawcrook area. This is a rewarding role where you’ll help her live her best life at home and in the community, while promoting her independence and safety.
What you’ll be doing :
* Keeping her home tidy and comfortable
* Cooking planning tasty meals in line with SALT Plans
* Heading out for shopping trips
* Going along to medical appointments
* Planning local activities and social connections

* Someone with a bubbly, friendly personality — the kind of person who puts others at ease and lights up the room.
* Reliable and genuinely caring — someone who shows up, supports others, and does it with kindness.
* Comfortable with moving and handling — having experience helps you feel confident and keeps everyone safe.
* Being able to drive is a big bonus — it just makes getting around that bit easier.
