Behavioural Therapist

Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Behavioural Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, developmental delays, intellectual disabilities, and other behavioral challenges by providing evidence-based behavioral interventions to improve communication, social, emotional, and adaptive skills.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct behavioural assessments and identify individual therapy needs.
Develop and implement individualized behaviour intervention plans.
Deliver one-on-one behavioural therapy sessions in both offline and online settings.
Monitor client progress and modify intervention plans as required.
Maintain accurate session notes, reports, and documentation.
Guide parents and caregivers on behaviour management techniques and home-based interventions.
Collaborate with psychologists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, special educators, and pediatricians.
Participate in case discussions and multidisciplinary team meetings.
Ensure ethical practice and maintain client confidentiality.
Required Skills
Knowledge of behavioural intervention techniques and child development.
Experience working with children with Autism (ASD), ADHD, developmental delays, and intellectual disabilities .
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage challenging behaviours using positive reinforcement strategies.
Good observation, documentation, and reporting skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
Patience, empathy, and a child-centered approach.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Psychology, Behavioural Sciences, Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), Child Psychology, or a related field .
Preferred Requirements
1–3 years of experience in behavioural therapy or a similar role.
Experience working with pediatric clients is preferred.
Fluency in Telugu is preferred; proficiency in English is required.
