Position: CBI Home Health Occupational Therapist Role

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to cover North Wellington County, including Mount Forest and Shelburne.

Your role will involve providing assessments and implementing personalized intervention strategies for clients. With a sign-on bonus of $2,000, you will engage in holistic, team-oriented care tailored to each individual's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess client needs and recommend ADL strategies

• Collaborate with healthcare teams for optimal care

• Support clients with digital health platforms

• Contribute to health coaching and self-management

Requirements:

• Must be registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario

• Valid driver’s license and insurance required

• Passion for client-centered care

• Excellent communication and judgment skills

• Advocacy for home-based client support
