• Create and present tailored diet plans to clients and caregivers
• Prepare client assessments and reports for healthcare teams
• Educate on nutrition and health-related topics
• Address feeding and dietary issues for various medical concerns
• Ensure continuous quality improvement in client care

• Registered with the College of Dietitians of Ontario
• Minimum of 2 years clinical practice
• Valid Driver's License and access to transport
• Compassionate nature and independent work ethic
• Skilled in managing caseload and documentation
