Role Description  The Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) – Freshers Only role is a full-time remote position designed for individuals starting their careers in clinical research. The CRC will assist in coordinating clinical trial activities, including organizing study documents, communicating with research teams, and maintaining accurate trial records. Daily responsibilities include supporting informed consent processes under supervision, helping ensure adherence to study protocols, and assisting with data collection and entry.

The role also involves monitoring timelines, supporting regulatory and ethical compliance tasks, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to promote the smooth conduct of clinical studies.
Qualifications
Foundational understanding of clinical trial processes, including Research and Clinical Trials.
Ability to work with study Protocol requirements and follow detailed procedures accurately.
Awareness of participant rights and responsibilities related to Informed Consent.
Exposure to or academic knowledge of Clinical Research Experience and basic study documentation.
Relevant bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, medicine, or a related healthcare field.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in remote teams.
Comfort with digital tools, electronic data capture systems, and basic office software.
Willingness to learn, accept supervision, and adapt to evolving clinical research regulations and practices.
