Location: Tring
Liaison Group is seeking an experienced Mental Health Manager to lead complex CHC assessments and care redesign across health and social care work streams. You will use CHC knowledge to inform funding decisions and ensure safe, person-centred care.
With strong clinical judgement, you will manage a complex caseload, support commissioners, and collaborate with ICBs and providers to deliver measurable outcomes in a remote, home-based role.
