Healthcare Shares is seeking experienced digital health leaders, clinicians, operators, founders, investors, product leaders, and subject matter experts to serve as Digital Health Advisors. This role is ideal for individuals with expertise in healthcare technology, virtual care, digital therapeutics, remote patient monitoring, healthcare AI, care delivery innovation, interoperability, data strategy, commercialization, or scaling digital health companies.

As a Digital Health Advisor, you will provide strategic insight to help Healthcare Shares evaluate, support, and grow digital health startups within our venture capital fund, venture studio, and broader healthcare entrepreneurship ecosystem. This is a flexible, remote advisory opportunity for leaders who are passionate about using technology and entrepreneurship to improve healthcare access, quality, affordability, and outcomes.

• Provide strategic guidance on digital health market trends, emerging technologies, investment opportunities, and startup growth strategies.
• Support Healthcare Shares in evaluating digital health startups, founders, business models, product‑market fit, clinical relevance, scalability, and social impact potential.
• Advise portfolio companies, venture studio projects, and healthcare entrepreneurs on digital health strategy, commercialization, partnerships, operations, and go‑to‑market execution when appropriate.
• Offer relevant introductions, industry insight, and subject matter expertise across the digital health, healthcare technology, investor, provider, payer, and startup ecosystems.
• Participate in periodic advisory discussions and contribute practical recommendations based on your professional background and area of expertise.

• Experience in digital health, healthcare technology, virtual care, remote patient monitoring, healthcare AI, digital therapeutics, care delivery innovation, interoperability, health data, or related fields.
• Senior leadership, founder, operator, investor, clinical, product, commercialization, advisory, or board experience preferred.
• Strong professional network within digital health, healthcare startups, provider organizations, payer organizations, venture capital, health systems, pharma, biotech, or healthcare innovation ecosystems.
• Ability to evaluate healthcare technology solutions from a strategic, clinical, operational, commercial, and social impact perspective.
• Ability to commit approximately 2–4 hours per month to advisory board participation and strategic advisory activities.
