This is a full-time position working 4 day shifts per week (48 hours) , offering a competitive rate of £21.00 per hour . Your Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with individual care plans. Administer medications safely and effectively. Monitor residents' health and respond appropriately to changes in condition. Lead and support care staff during your shift. Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.

Build positive relationships with residents, families, GPs, and other healthcare professionals. Ensure compliance with CQC standards and company policies. Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing for every resident. What We're Looking For Current NMC registration Excellent clinical and communication skills. A caring, compassionate, and professional approach. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to delivering outstanding person-centred care.

Previous experience in a care home setting is desirable but not essential.
