At Worldwide Clinical Trials, Clinical Operations drives the execution of clinical studies across therapeutic areas including Cardiovascular, Metabolic, Neuroscience, Oncology, and Rare Diseases. Our team works with regulatory submissions, TMF management, and site-related activities, with strong emphasis on development, coaching, and a clear career path toward management roles.
Responsibilities- Manage research activities at sites participating in Worldwide’s clinical projects.
- Participate in all stages of the clinical study, including site identification, start-up activities, regulatory documentation collection, and contract and budget negotiation.
- Train sites to collect data properly and report safety-related events.
- Manage site activities during study maintenance and close-out research activities after study completion.
- Conduct study initiation visits (SIVs).
- Work primarily remotely while ensuring compliance with informed consent, safety reporting, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English.
- Superior organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems.
- 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
- 4-year university degree or Nursing Degree.
- Experience in Oncology is required.
- Fluent in written and verbal English and French is required.
- Candidates must reside in Canada; willingness to travel regionally required.
