Bilingual Senior Care Navigator at Sentrex

Support diverse patient needs as a Bilingual Senior Care Navigator at Sentrex Health Solutions. This remote position focuses on advanced patient support and reimbursement expertise across various programs.

In this role, you will facilitate patient enrollment, assure continuity of care, and provide essential coverage during other Navigators’ absence. Your ability to apply knowledge in immunology and provincial reimbursement will aid in overcoming barriers to therapy access, while you also contribute to operational enhancements through special projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer coverage for multiple Patient Support Programs

• Maintain patient care continuity through effective follow-up

• Engage in special projects for process improvements

• Collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve reimbursement issues

• Ensure accurate documentation in CRM systems

Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ experience in immunology Patient Support

• Bilingual in English and French is an asset

• In-depth understanding of reimbursement frameworks

• Exceptional communication and analytical capabilities

• Ability to work from home effectively
