Position: Full-Time Social Worker in COS
Join Pathstone Mental Health as a Full-Time Social Worker specializing in Complex Special Needs. Collaborate with children and families in community settings and develop impactful behavior plans.

This position involves providing direct services in home, community, and office environments. As a Registered Therapist, you will oversee cases funded through Complex Special Needs, ensuring thorough implementation and monitoring of behavior skills training plans. A collaborative approach with caregivers and community partners is essential to support each unique case effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor behavior and training plans

• Oversee in-home worker training and collaboration

• Conduct parent training sessions effectively

• Collect and analyze relevant data systematically

• Create visual supports tailored to client needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Social Work or related field

• Registered with College of Social Workers or Psychotherapists

• 3-4 years clinical experience required

• Experience with virtual service platforms an asset

• Bilingual skills in English and French preferred
