Pemi-Baker Hospice & Home Health (PBH&H) seeks a Director of Home Health and Hospice to oversee home care and hospice programs and a new Complex Care Support Program. The director sits on the Leadership Team and may cover on-call and see patients as needed.
The role reports to the Executive Director and requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and budget oversight within a rural, underserved community setting. Remote work may be possible under certain circumstances.
