Suvera is seeking a Locum Clinical Pharmacist to join our Care Team. The role offers remote work with a minimum commitment of 3 days and 24 hours per week, reporting to a Clinical Team Lead.
You will provide specialist pharmaceutical support to patients via NHS Partners, conducting reviews and supporting chronic disease management. You will use your NHS Primary Care experience to manage long‑term conditions, coordinate structured medication reviews, and ensure high standards of patient safety
