Lincolnshire County Council is seeking an Employee Support Counsellor to support wellbeing across the workforce. Hybrid working and a pro rata salary reflect part-time hours, with a focus on confidential, professional counselling in line with BACP standards.
You will manage a caseload, deliver sessions in person or via Teams, contribute to service planning, and work with multi-professional teams to promote resilient wellbeing. A Diploma level qualification and BACP membership are required.
