Job Title and Details
Senior Physiotherapist – Wolverhampton Hospital – Permanent, Full Time – 37.5hrs/week. Salary up to £40,500 per annum, depending on experience.
Responsibilities- See a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and post‑operative cases, playing a key role in helping patients achieve, maintain and recover to the level of health and wellbeing they aspire to.
- Work within a multidisciplinary team including nurses, Allied Health Professionals (AHPs) and consultants to optimise the health and recovery of our patients.
- Deliver high quality, effective clinical care.
- Adhere to Nuffield Health values and beliefs: enterprising, passionate, independent and caring.
- Deliver evidence‑based care that is safe, effective, caring, well‑led and responsive to patients’ needs.
- Ensure ongoing monitoring of the standard of treatment provided.
- Be compliant with all professional, clinical and integrated governance standards and participate in clinical audit and other quality assurance processes.
- BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent, and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
- Evidence of further professional training and continual professional development, reflecting your desire to develop as a practitioner.
- Excellent rehabilitation skills and clinical reasoning.
- Confident communicator, able to engage effectively with the general public and other healthcare professionals.
- Competent and confident IT user with strong organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload effectively and in a timely manner.
