Baxter in Northampton is seeking a patient‑focussed coordinator to manage prescription processing, patient stock levels, and order delivery for home patients. You will work under supervision ensuring SOPs, service specs, and KPIs are met.
The role operates Monday to Friday with 8:30–16:30 or 9:30–17:30 shifts, starting hybrid in Northampton before transitioning to home-based work in 2027. Prior pharmacy experience is advantageous and CRM knowledge is essential.
