Key Responsibilities:

• Implement community-based therapy and assessments

• Conduct functional treatment programs for clients

• Assist with job-site analyses and ergonomics

• Facilitate hospital discharge planning for clients

• Evaluate attendant care needs for optimal support

Requirements:

• University degree in Occupational Therapy required

• Registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario

• Essential communication skills in writing and speech

• Willingness to work from home when needed

• Vehicle access for client outreach
