MUST HAVE HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE WITH:
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
ADHD & Global Developmental Delay (GDD)
Cerebral Palsy (CP) & Down Syndrome
Sensory Processing Disorders & Neurodevelopmental Delays
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct detailed OT assessments , therapy planning & regular progress updates.
Provide parent consultations and guide home-based intervention plans.
Parent-focused approach – role includes active counseling and empowerment.
Deliver 50+ quality sessions/week and ensure high client retention.
Mentor junior therapists through feedback, 1:1 coaching, and group trainings .
Actively identify new tools, techniques , and resources to enhance therapy outcomes.
Collaborate effectively with team members and management.
Support organizational goals by participating in workshops, outreach, and awareness events .
