Your role: use your network, your credibility, and your knowledge of the field to help ABC Clinique Santé find physical therapists who want to work differently—within a structured, people-oriented, and rapidly growing network.

But it’s not just about recruitment. You’ll also help develop our network of franchisees by reaching out to clinician-entrepreneurs who might see themselves in our model. It’s a hybrid, strategic, and truly promising role.

• Tap into your network of physical therapist colleagues to identify those who might be ready for a new professional challenge
• Reach out to professionals in a direct, personable, and authentic way—you speak their language
• Identify entrepreneurial physical therapists who would be interested in launching a franchise with ABC Clinique Santé
• Help plan and facilitate recruitment events
• Contribute to developing and documenting best practices for recruitment specific to our industry
• Serve as a credible and authentic voice for the ABC Clinique Santé employer brand within the industry

• A physical therapist or physical therapy student—this is non-negotiable
• Someone with a strong network in the physical therapy community in Quebec
• Comfortable approaching people, building relationships, and having candid conversations
• Able to organize yourself and get things done independently
• French-speaking; functional English is a plus
• You’ve worked in or have experience with the franchise industry
• You have a genuine interest in recruitment, networking, or business development
• You enjoy talking about business just as much as you do manual therapy

• The freedom to work from home, with occasional, meaningful outings
• A flexible schedule—full-time or part-time depending on your situation, perfect if you’re a student

• A salary ranging from $20 to $100 per hour
