Position: Health Data Analyst at CIHI - Remote Options
Elevate healthcare data analysis with CIHI as a Health Data Analyst. Focus on statistical reporting and data visualization to support specialized care initiatives in Toronto or Ottawa.

In this role within the Specialized Care Data Management team, you will handle data from national health databases and ensure its validity and accuracy. Your contributions to analytical plans and reporting will be crucial for driving improvements in home care, long-term care, mental health, and rehabilitation services. Engage with clients to effectively communicate insights and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate and assess quality of health data

• Design and execute analytical plans and methodologies

• Create reproducible analyses with clear documentation

• Produce regular and ad hoc reports and dashboards

• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet reporting needs

Requirements:

• Degree in Health Information, Data Science, or related

• 1-3 years’ experience in data analytics

• Proficient in statistical software like Python or R

• Experience with BI tools and data visualization

• Strong problem-solving and client service skills
