Do you have experience of working in a community-focused setting, ideally with vulnerable or isolated adults?

• The role is available on a part-time basis (18 hours per week) and will include evening and weekend work.
• Hybrid working – your main base will be the Guildford office, with the opportunity to work from home at times.
• A driving licence and access to a car are essential, as the role involves travel across Surrey, with a strong focus in the East of Surrey.
• You’ll work with a team who work flexibly across evenings and weekends, ensuring hubs, sessions and activities are accessible for adult carers around work commitments and family responsibilities.
• You’ll be reporting to their Adults Manager, working closely with the Engage & Connect leadership team.
