As a Patient Care Advisor, you'll play a vital role in supporting patients throughout their diagnostic journey. From booking appointments to answering queries and processing results, you'll help ensure every patient receives a professional, efficient, and compassionate experience.

The Role As part of the Diagnostics team, you'll be responsible for delivering an excellent patient experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the service. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing administrative support and maintaining accurate patient records Answering patient enquiries by telephone in a professional and empathetic manner Booking and managing appointments for diagnostic services Processing imaging results and updating internal systems Supporting image processing and document uploads Managing patient calls and resolving queries efficiently Ensuring all patient information is handled accurately, securely, and confidentially Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an efficient and high-quality service What We're Looking For We're looking for people who are:
Friendly, approachable, and professional Passionate about delivering an outstanding patient experience Organised, proactive, and able to work well under pressure Confident using a range of IT systems Excellent communicators with strong telephone and interpersonal skills Committed to accuracy and attention to detail Adaptable with a positive, "can-do" attitude Experienced in delivering exceptional customer service Previous experience in a contact centre, healthcare, administration, or customer service role would be beneficial, but it isn't essential.
