Position ResponsibilitiesResponsible for coordinating and implementing activities required to provide customer training, system workflow integration and image quality consultation for Carestream Health Imaging products. Additional responsibilities include on‑site customer training, working closely with clinicians and professional staff to ensure proper and efficient operation of Carestream products. Products primarily supported are Carestream portfolio systems which include but are not limited to the DRX Retrofit system, Revolution portable, Evolution, and Compass DR systems.
This position involves extensive travel throughout Canada. Ideal candidate location is in Alberta or British Columbia with proximity to a major airport.
Required Skills & Education- Radiologic Technologist Degree/Diploma, CAMRT certification in Good Standing required.
- 3+ years of technical user experience in related Radiology disciplines (e.g., CT, MR, US, CR, DR and Diagnostic Radiography).
- Fundamental knowledge of Radiology workflow and departmental operations.
- A working knowledge of Windows operating systems and applications to include Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Individual will exhibit a professional appearance and be effective with oral presentation.
- Self‑motivated.
- Ability to plan and coordinate multiple activities and to adapt to changes.
- Ability to demonstrate independent decision making and work both independently and as a team member to achieve customer satisfaction and Carestream Health business objectives.
- Strong customer relations and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able and willing to travel extensively with valid driver's license.
- Previous Carestream equipment experience desired but not required.
- Experience utilizing C‑Arm systems in operating room, pain management or urology settings.
- Work environment includes Hospital and Medical Clinic settings within patient care areas.
- Extensive (75 %–90 %) travel is required to support customer implementations. Remote (home office based) when not traveling.
