As the Pharmacy Program Manager, Clinical Services, you will work directly with the Senior Director of Patient Experience and Clinical Programs.
Your role involves developing clinical service strategies and providing essential support to pharmacy teams nationwide. Emphasizing rural and remote access to quality care, your contributions will fuel Neighbourly's growth and ongoing recognition.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on pharmacy workflow and service development
• Implement project management tools to track progress
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for best practices
• Develop training programs and job aids for pharmacy teams
• Roll out infrastructure changes to enhance service delivery
Requirements:
• Registered Pharmacist with clinical experience preferred
• 5+ years in health services or retail pharmacy
• Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in change management and customer adoption
