Home-Based Speech Language Pathologist

Location: Southwestern Ontario

This role offers full-time, part-time, or casual opportunities, allowing you to work wherever you're needed.

As a therapist focused on adult clients, you'll conduct assessments and provide tailored therapy for a wide range of speech impairments. You will utilize a hybrid model of care to create flexible appointment schedules that best serve your clients' needs, ensuring that they receive top-quality home care. Partner with families and healthcare professionals to advance your clients' therapy goals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide thorough assessments for clients in home environments

• Create individualized care plans based on professional guidelines

• Deliver therapy sessions via in-person visits and online formats

• Collaborate with families and professionals to enhance care

• Maintain comprehensive client records and documentation

Requirements:

• Recognized degree in Speech Language Pathology

• Good standing with the Ontario College

• Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills

• Home-based service experience preferred
