Optima Health is seeking an Occupational Health Advisor for a homebased role covering South East England (Sussex, Kent, Hampshire). Salary up to £45,000 FTE, with flexible hours (full or part time, Mon–Fri). Right to live and work in the UK is required.
Prior OH advisory experience, RN with NMC registration is essential. The role can include some London travel if needed, with a strong focus on performance and attendance management.
