Key Responsibilities:

• Provide remote supervision and mentorship to Clinical Supervisors

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

• Ensure adherence to clinical standards through quality assurance

• Monitor treatment plans and progress efficiently

• Collaborate for optimal caseload management

Requirements:

• Master’s or doctoral degree in ABA, Psychology, or related area

• Active BCBA certification required

• 3+ years of BCBA experience with leadership

• Aptitude for technology usage in clinical settings

• Successful background checks and immunizations required
