This position requires delivering personalized crisis management services, effective communication with management, and meticulous documentation. Candidates should hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field and possess at least 2 years of crisis management experience. Flexibility in availability and outstanding clinical skills are essential for this impactful role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to critical incident requests efficiently
• Facilitate individual and group crisis sessions
• Collaborate with CMS Managers continuously
• Document and report services per requirements
Requirements:
• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in crisis management
• Training in trauma response and CISM
• Proficient in English;
French is a plus
• Must maintain professional liability insurance
