Tees Esk and Wear Valle Valle NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Home Intensive Treatment Clinician for the Scarborough Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team. The role focuses on urgent mental health care and home treatment to prevent hospital admission and support carers and service users at home.
You will work within a multi-disciplinary team providing telephone triage, assessments, and intensive home treatment with emphasis on recovery, safeguarding and health promotion in the community.
