ILS Case Management is recruiting for a Specialist Case Manager (Adults with brain, spinal and complex injuries) to work home-based across the UK. This role involves coordinating multidisciplinary care teams, completing detailed reports, and supporting clients and families to improve independence and quality of life.
We welcome applicants with healthcare or social care backgrounds, HCPC/NMC/SWE registration, and a CPD portfolio. Travel within the UK is required; mileage is paid.
