HCRG Care Group is recruiting a Band 7 Speech and Language Therapist to lead the Early Supported Discharge Stroke Team at Gravesham Community Hospital, Gravesend. You will assess and treat adults with communication and swallowing disorders, while supporting discharge planning and home-based rehabilitation.
You will mentor junior staff, contribute to service development, and work within a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
