Ripon & Masham PCN is recruiting a Clinical Pharmacist to join our friendly, collaborative team serving two GP practices in Ripon and Masham. The role offers both on-site and remote working options, with telephone-based consultations and face-to-face as appropriate.
You will undertake Structured Medication Reviews, optimise medicines for complex needs, provide medicines advice, and contribute to prescribing safety, audits, and commissioning improvements.
