Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Optometrist to join our dynamic team, committed to excellence in healthcare. You will be involved in eye examinations, contact lens and extended service examinations, and will work with our Dispensing Optician Manager to support training, coaching and maintaining departmental standards. We are committed to delivering a wide range of care for the treatment and monitoring of eye conditions under NHS extended service contracts and will support you to gain additional accreditations as needed.

At Asda, we provide comprehensive training and a CPD programme with protected time to pursue further accreditations, funded by Asda. Our aim is to develop and support you to reach your full potential and to offer professional development opportunities, including an optional supervise-student role for GOC registered professionals. You will have the backing of in-store, regional and home office teams for clinical and service-related queries.
