Registered Manager

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to lead and grow a well-established and reputable domiciliary care service in Windsor.

• £40,000‑£47,000 per annum.
• Performance bonuses for achieving business growth targets.
• Additional on‑call payment of £150 per week covered.

• Ongoing support from a hands‑on Director with a background in care.

• Leading the day‑to‑day operations of a CQC registered domiciliary care service.
• Monitoring branch performance, including profit and loss, while driving sustainable business growth.
• Managing, mentoring and developing office and care staff to improve performance, engagement and retention.
• Maintaining high standards of CQC compliance, governance and quality assurance.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with private clients, families and healthcare professionals.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with local authorities, hospitals and community stakeholders to generate referrals and support business growth.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Deputy Manager within domiciliary care or live‑in care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance and governance frameworks.
• NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or working towards).
• Full UK Driving Licence with access to own vehicle.
