Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust is recruiting a lead Pharmacist for the Virtual Ward to provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, embed in the virtual ward across respiratory and frailty patients, and develop clinical/pharmaceutical pathways.
The role requires extensive clinical pharmacy experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to supervise staff and provide training.
