Certified Behaviour Analyst

Position: Certified Behaviour Analyst - Hybrid Role
Join a multidisciplinary team as a Certified Behaviour Analyst, responsible for developing behavior support plans in a flexible, hybrid model. This pivotal role focuses on evidence-based practices and clinical leadership.

As a Behaviour Analyst, you'll lead behavior support strategies while overseeing direct care staff. Your expertise will facilitate individualized Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans, ensuring alignment with funder mandates and our CARE Model. You'll work closely with schools, caregivers, and clinical teams to support diverse needs in children and youth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments and ongoing data analysis

• Develop and monitor individualized PBS and Safety Plans

• Serve as an educator for caregivers on neurodiversity

• Advocate for families navigating complex service systems

• Provide clinical supervision to RBTWs and support collaborative care

Requirements:

• Certification as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst

• Master’s degree in a relevant field

• Two years of behavioral consultation experience

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Commitment to culturally sensitive practices
