Empower Simcoe is hiring part-time Developmental Support Workers to provide essential care within a group home setting. Your duties will include personal support, household management, and transportation for community engagement activities. Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily personal care and assistance tasks

• Manage meal preparation and household responsibilities

• Help clients during outings and community events

• Provide necessary overnight support when required

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Human Services necessary

• Minimum two years experience in direct support if unrelated

• Commitment to weekend and holiday availability

• Criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening needed

• Class G driver's license preferred for transport
