Your Support Services Network (YSSN) is looking for a part-time 988 Crisis Response Worker for overnight shifts. This contract role requires expertise in mental health crises, assessment, and intervention strategies. You will provide immediate support through calls and texts while developing safety plans and promoting recovery for individuals in distress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate assessment for 988 call/text responders

• Stabilize crises through evidence-based interventions

• Collaborate on safety plans and recovery activities

• Support individuals facing emotional distress and trauma

• Participate in monthly in-office team meetings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field

• Minimum three years of relevant experience

• Knowledge of local mental health services

• Completion of required training (CPI, CPR, ASIST)

• Must clear police background check and hold a valid driver’s license
