Ministry of Justice is seeking a Staff Support and Wellbeing Lead within HMPPS Wellbeing to coordinate, monitor and improve core wellbeing services for staff across a designated area or directorate.
You will work with HR, Health & Safety and wellbeing providers to implement the national Wellbeing strategy, drive improvements, and engage with staff networks and leadership teams. The role is non-operational with no line management responsibilities.
