Smart Sourcing Ltd is seeking an Emergency Response System Specialist who will primarily work from home with travel to client sites in Cambridge, Nottingham, Derbyshire and Yorkshire. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a new role and drive service excellence for our client's Emergency Response Solution.
You will lead training initiatives, act as the superuser, provide 1st line support, and share knowledge with clients and end users to ensure effective usage and continuous improvement.
