Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust in Alnwick is seeking a Clinical Support Worker to join the Community Response Service on a full-time basis, 37.5 hours per week, delivering rehabilitation programs to clients in their own homes.
You will work alongside qualified Physiotherapists to devise rehabilitation plans and manage a non-complex caseload, potentially including equipment provision to promote independence.
