Supportive Action Ltd is seeking a Moving and Handling Practitioner to deliver specialist assessments and training across the North of England. The role focuses on complex neurological and neurodevelopmental needs, with travel within an agreed area and home-based work when not on client visits.
You will manage a community caseload, work with families and MDTs, and provide equipment recommendations and risk plans. Induction and clinical support are provided.
