Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist to support care homes across East Berkshire. You will train care home staff, manage a small caseload, and act as a senior practitioner with clinical responsibility.
The role is offered as full-time or part-time, on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave, with home-based work and occasional care home visits.
