In this pivotal role, you will report to the Senior Director, focusing on executing clinical programs in a rapidly expanding pharmacy network with 295+ locations. Your expert guidance will develop necessary tools and processes for pharmacy teams, enhancing their ability to provide necessary health services to communities in need. Collaboration and strategic influence are key to making your impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate pharmacy workflow with Regional Directors

• Establish SOPs for diverse clinical service types

• Create and implement training programs for staff

• Report on clinical services progress to leadership

• Foster cross-functional partnerships for improved service

Requirements:

• Registered Pharmacist preferred with clinical experience

• 5+ years in a retail or health services environment

• Degree in Project Management or related field is desirable

• Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills

• Strong team leader with experience in change management
